Return Policy ALL SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS! ALL OTHER SALES ARE EXCHANGE ONLY NO REFUNDS. We have an “exchange only” policy with NO cash refunds. However, we will be happy to exchange for any other size, color or style if you are not happy with what you receive. With so many items available, it is almost impossible NOT to find something that you like! If you choose to ship back your order without contacting us prior, your return may be refused or be charged a 30% restocking fee. Please note: The customer is responsible for shipping to return the item as well as the shipping to send out the new product. Returns must be received to our store within 5 days from the delivery date. Clothes cannot be worn, washed or dirty and all original tags must be attached. If clothes fall under these conditions a 30% restocking fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding. Defective items: If there is a hole or defect in the material, you must let us know within 2 days of receiving your order for an exchange. After the 2 days we will not accept the item back. Items that go on sale: If you have purchased an item that within 24 hours of the purchase goes on sale, we will adjust the total to the sale price. Beyond that time frame, we will NOT be able to adjust any orders to the sale price.
